Randy did a marvelous job coloring my previously colored black hair to red brown. She took the time to understand my coloring history and tailored my color/treatment specifically to address my old patchy colors and coarse hair. She was extremely meticulous with her work and made sure the finish is even and smooth. I had an incredible experience at this salon. The receptionist greeted me very nicely and asked me if I wanted tea or water. I asked for black cherry tea and it was nice on a Fall day. My stylist met me with calm and patience. I was so excited to be in his salon chair and he gave me a soothing shampoo. I am grateful for this salon!

mint did an amazing job with my hair, she was so nice and welcoming and you could tell she really cared about what she was doing and was a perfectionist about it, same jessica (i think is the name of the front desk girl), good music, overall a nice place to go, all the staff was very nice too

I recently visited this salon to have my hard gel nails removed, and unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. The nail technician was not knowledgeable about the proper procedure for removing hard gel. Instead of leaving a thin layer of gel on my nails to protect them, she filed down to the base, leaving my nails extremely fragile and soft. They turned bluish and were painful for the first few days, making it difficult for me to do any housework or even wash my hands without pain.
It’s been 2-3 weeks, and my nails are still in terrible shape. They continue to break and bend easily, and I’m now forced to use special oils and treatments in the hope that they will eventually recover.
I asked for a refund due to the damage caused, and they did refund me, which was the least they could do given the circumstances.
Additionally, I want to highlight that this salon engages in unethical practices to boost their ratings. They offer discounts in exchange for 5-star reviews, which skews their overall rating and misleads potential customers.
I strongly advise anyone considering this salon to think twice. My experience has been nothing short of awful, and I will have to wait at least 3 months for my nails to fully grow out and hopefully return to their natural, healthy state.
I am attaching photos of my nails from the first day and the following days so people can see the damage for themselves.
P.S. Before the salon responds to this review with excuses or trying to blame me, let me clarify: I have been doing hard gel and Russian manicure for 10 years and never experienced anything like this before. My nails have always been healthy and strong. This damage happened solely because the nail technician was not professional.

Went to Nulux over a year ago and my hair still hasn’t recovered. After $600 and a 7 hour appointment she completely over processed my hair. When she went to blow dry it, it broke off into a million pieces. I tried to speak to the manager about it but he refused to do anything, even after sharing pictures, except have me come back in for a complimentary Olaplex treatment which I refused.

Only reason I’m giving two stars is because while the stylist clearly made many errors, she was very kind and at the time I thought she was really putting in her best effort.

I would not recommend this salon for highlights/balayage.

Amanda did an amazing haircut and color on my hair! She was great to speak with and she made sure to ask me all the right questions and the type of haircut and style I was expecting. The Salon was beautiful and clean and I felt very heard and taken care of. They asked me if I wanted to drink something or if I was comfortable or needed something a few times. Overall a 5 star experience and I will keep coming back!
