Unprofessional !!! Stay away.
I had to come back since Elisa did the wrong color the first time after I was sitting for 3 hours and paying $340! I obviously didn't look like blond and I said right away: This is not the color I asked for! Elisa said via instagram that I can come back for 6 blond stripes. if it's more I will have to pay extra ? when I came back to the salon a week later so they can fix it, I found out that appointment was canceled due to colorist sickness (really?!) No one bothered to call me. The owner could simply apologize and say: Sorry you had to travel all the way here, we will reschedule it. Instead, the owner attacked me verbally by saying: you came with orange hair. we fixed it
( basically what else do you want ?!)
who treats clients like that ? especially the new one?! you were rude and disrespectful Timothy.
You showed to everyone who you truly are.I hope you find peace and happiness in your life.

Gracey is the best! This time, I went in for a bang trim, but she consistently impresses with her talent across all hair services. She's like an oracle when it comes to hair, always offering invaluable advice and sharing fascinating facts about hair care, even down to the chemistry of metals and water. I can't say enough good things about her. She's expertly fixed my color and haircut multiple times.

Amazing experience, I just walked in and left with the best hair style and cut i’ve had in a long time. The color for my roots matched and existing color was enhanced with glazed treatment, results are so good. I have a afternoon meeting in an hour and no traces anywhere of any color, the cut is fabulous and products left my hair natural and can still put my fingers through it, so happy! Thank you!

After not getting my hair cut for about 5 years, starting even before salons were closed down during the pandemic, I was a bit scared to set foot in one but finally decided it was time. I loved my experience here! From the welcoming front desk to my stylist Griselda who listened to me and provided her own suggestions. She did a fantastic job!!! Very happy with the end result (8 inches shorter)!

The salon is always buzzing with vibrant clienteleI. I have observed for over 20 years beautiful work by the highly skilled Timothy and his able staff. We have been going to as a family close to 10 years now. When I say as a family- My husband, my (now) teenage son and me. We absolutely love them. What makes them stand out is the consistency in their quality and their staff. And the products that they use are by far the best. For a hair salon, it is the team that makes all the difference for a customer. Our favorite stylist is Caitlin and she is just brilliant. She makes every haircut a piece of art and is extremely patient, so easy going and the sweetest stylist you could ever find. She will always give you the best advice and treat you so special. The owner David who leads by example does a fantastic job in managing the whole set-up. He takes so good care of us, always smiling , ever friendly and very accommodating. He makes it a point to make-up for any slight errors his employees might have made and regularly checks in with us. They have a customer for life with 3 of us and they are our family hair stylists. We come all the way from Jersey city no matter what and we will wait if we have to but Caitlin it is for us. Try them and I can assure you, once you try them you will keep going to them. Timothy & John's is our go-to place forever.
