First time customer who just got a horrible haircut here. I asked Juan for a low fade with some extra hair left on the sides and a little cut from the top. He didn't give me a fade at all and just gave me a lazy 2 on the sides. When I asked him to actually fade my hair, he cut my hair way too short. He rushed and didn't listen at all. I wish I checked the reviews on Yelp before I came, it seems like bad haircuts are a recurring theme here. Don't make the same mistake I did. I would not recommend going here.

It is not only about a great haircut, their services are paramount to none! The staff is caring, accommodating if I run a little late or have to reschedule. Juan is a master with his razor, and scissors. Price is commiserate with area. However the service is what keeps me coming back; they are a great group of people at this spot. You won't go wrong dropping in to check out the place. I'm sure you will become a regular like I did. Ask for Juan, a great guy!!!

Been to a few places around JC and V’s is the best. Great vibe, very welcoming and covered in sport gear. The barbers are all solid and make it a place to relax and enjoy some self care. Prices are reasonable, bears trim and haircut is $75 and they get it done quickly and looks great.

Parking is never an issue, great spot.

Considering I’ve been to a couple of barbers around JC and the heights, this is a real good looking place with fine people. Rafael was very professional, and he worked with me to get a cut that suited where I wanted to be down the line. 10/10 service will definitely be back.

$80 for an ok haircut is outrageous. I wouldn’t be mad at the job if it was half the price… but $80? Come on guys. My guy rushed through the entire haircut, it doesn’t look blended at all and is shorter than I wanted. I paid for 45 min and got seen 10 min late, the haircut only took 30 min and paid for 45 min.

First time to V's, and went there because a close friend got the best haircut he has ever had from Trevon at the shop. Me as well. The man spends much time and attention to his craft and is an artist. Clean, friendly, and conveniently located shop. Highly recommend.

Great barbershop in Jersey City. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. They have a nice decorated place with many sports memorabilia. They also had football showing on screens during the World Cup and you can watch the games while getting a haircuts. The people are very friendly and accommodating.
