She is without a doubt the most incredible and talented stylist and colorist EVER and is the warmest, kindest human being. I had such an awesome experience with NICOLE at BOND Salon! Nicole at the midtown location did such a great job with my balayage! I wanted to change up my look and I love her work! I made an appointment online with Don... then I guess the online booking site is wrong because a couple days before I was scheduled, they told me she did not work on the day I booked? So they switched me to Brandon for my coloring. When I went in he was really nice and seemed to listen to what I wanted, which was to go a little darker so that my color would be more maintainable. I said 3 times before we started that all I wanted was to avoid that line when it grows out... he PROMISED me it would be so blended that I would never see a line!! Then he proceeded to do a full head of highlights and my color had never been lighter. I was so upset. I asked him to go a little darker so he did a second gloss... the two processings gave my hair a horrible texture for weeks.... and now its 6 weeks later and I have the ugliest line from the color. I don’t want to go back in because all I wanted was a more natural color, and now I have streaky lines throughout my hair and a horrible growing out line... I guess this will be a summer of wearing hats because I just don't know where to go at this point.... but it will not be back to bond.

Bond is the best salon I’ve been to hands down. It is not just a hair salon but a curated experience every time you step foot into the salon. I have been to Diego who always does an amazing job and my husband to Adrianna for our wedding and his hair looked perfect on the big day! I went to Enzo yesterday for a haircut and he totally transformed my hair. My hair has so much shape and volume I feel like a new person. Beautiful salon and exception service if you haven’t been to bond yet you are missing out!!!
