Amazing, first time getting a wig with lace and Velen assisted me with so much effort she went back and forth so I could see multiple wigs and get the one I liked the most and after I decided and paid she cut the lace for me, so generous and kind, she really cares about helping each and every customer this has got to be my favorite beauty supply store!!!!
