I went there several times earlier this year but was not happy with the front desk although technicians are generally good. Last week, I need to get my nails done quick, so I stopped by again. They have a new front desk!! Mary is so friendly and that changed my perception. She greets everyone with smile and care. I am sure this place is heading the right direction.

WORST MANICURE IN THE CITY. My manicurist didn’t paint my nails fully or remove cuticles. When I informed the front desk lady she grabbed my hand FORCEFULLY, and said that’s just how my nails are. My nails chipped ONE DAY AFTER. WASTE OF MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!! This is the staff on Thursday nights.

I've been looking for a new salon for a while now. Found this cute place blocks from Washington Sq. Park. Figured I'd give it a shot. The woman who greeted me wasn't the most approachable. Handed me over to my tech. Explaining how my nails work and what I wanted was not what I got. The pedicure was a bit rough, and the nails cut too short. Where the nails on my hands were left long. As a man who takes very good care of his appearance, I could have done better myself. It's spacious, that's for sure, but there's not really a functioning waiting area. Unfortunately, I'm still in search of a good salon

Cindy did an excellent job! She was very communicative throughout the process, which I really appreciated. She asked me lots of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She was kind & detailed, and my nails look beautiful. I will be returning!

Left with dirt still under my nails. They didn’t soak or even do my cuticles. I left very disappointed and my hands feel dirty. She did not even ask my to wash my hands after she filed them. I feel disgusting and my nails look awful. Don’t come here save your money and time

I live near il villagio so it is my go to nail place. However in the last few years there service has gone downhill while simultaneously rising in price. Especially the gel manicure. It used to last 2 weeks plus and now I'm lucky to stretch it to last 10 days. It's convenient but I will now go further for a better manicure

I was getting my nails done for the first time for Pride and this place was nothing but amazing!

Lucy was incredibly skillful and meticulous, and absolutely nailed it even though the design was new to her! Rainbow was very patient and awesome too. The price is also great for the value.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for over 7 years. I’ve just started seeing Angel the last few times. She’s amazing. She’s so sweet and talented. I showed her a reference the first time I wanted nail art and she did such an amazing job! I was in love! Whenever I go back to see her, she’ll show me ideas and then I just let her do what she does best. She’s the only manicurist I go to now. We’re besties in my head.
