I had a haircut with Davida. She was so kind and welcoming. She took her time and listened to what I wanted, and she also took great care with attention to detail, making small changes that despite their being small would have a great impact on the way my haircut came out. She also took her time with the most gentle and calming blow out, I could’ve taken a nap it was so relaxing !! Her technique really shines through in terms of skill level and it’s very clear she loves her profession. I also think the salon itself is cute and clean with a staff that makes you feel at home. Pricing is super fair.

I think the pictures speak for themselves, but I went to another salon to get the sew-in weft extensions checked out after noticing them falling out/strings poking out of my head not even a week after having them, only to find out they were done horribly wrong and could cause serious damage to my natural hair and scalp if I left them in. Including the obvious string/spacing situation, the other salon even stated that they were done so poorly that they couldn't even identify an installation method. Including tip, I paid $1011.73 in total. When I called Lorraine, she was very hostile and defensive, and told me that they had a "no refund policy" (I was never told about this policy nor signed anything before going through with the service). She was incredibly verbally abusive when I stated that I would not be willing to come in to have her redo them. Would you trust the salon who did this enough to go back to them?
