Positive: Staffs' Kidness, Clean. Great Great Breakfast! Negative: Our floor was so slippery, so I fell 2 times in the elevator and 4th floor right after the cleaning up with the mob.Please use non-slipery chemicals when workers will clean up all floors!Thank you so much!

Had a good experience at this hotel I check in they did not have double rooms as I have booked. But the manager, Joanne Victoria was very accommodating. She went out of her way to give me two single rooms for the same price and resolved the issue. I appreciate her willingness to help and make things better. That’s great customer service.

Loved almost everything about it. The breakfast staff on my last day had all the food out but denied me food because I was 12 minutes early. I was in a rush to get to the airport and could not wait until 6:30am as per the regulated time. So she stopped me from grabbing a muffin. In a very curt and militaristic way. But that being said my previous three days were great and the breakfast spread is decent. It was raining a lot so I never did the pool. The gym was ok. Rooms were very nice. Beds comfy. Towels plush and new. Shower curtains did nothing to keep the water off the bathroom floor lol. They have everything in the room except a mini bar lol. You feel like you are in a comfy bedroom/home office/mini kitchenette.

Unbelievable this is even a Marriott property. People milling about the lobby listening to music/videos loudly on their phones. Rude staff who enjoy insulting loyal Bonvoy members. Astrid at the front desk shouldn’t have a job much less be allowed to interact with guests.

For some reason south Florida has the most neglected old gross Mariotts... been in well over 50 across the US and this area has the worst ones. Drive an hour north and stay up there don't come to these ones.

Front desk staff was EXTREMELY rude very unprofessional foreign woman who asked me private personal questions and the woman the next day was extremely unprofessional with her tone and just utter disgust in her voice like she hated being here.

We had to stay at this hotel last minute due to a snafu with our other lodging arrangements. We stopped by and the folks at the front desk were able to let us check into a room without having made a reservation prior to just showing up. All that was available was a room with two queen beds but beggars can’t be choosers.

Some positives:
Friendly staff
Comfortable beds
Large rooms
Mini fridge and microwave in rooms
Two closets
Free continental breakfast and water throughout the day
Good location, off of 95

Some negatives:
Dated rooms especially the bathrooms
Temperamental shower, from the temperature to water not draining
Louder and more crowded on Saturday nights
Bathroom light doesn’t work unless light in adjacent living room area is on
Dirty walls, especially in sink area
Outdoor screen is ripped so we couldn’t open the window without avoiding bugs in the room
Air conditioning unit blows non-stop even after desired temperature has been reached

We can’t comment on the pool (too cold to swim), the gym, or the laundry. But it’s nice that this hotel has all three! Despite having some negatives, we’d stay here again!

This was a cute stay. The lady at the front desk seemed aggravated. The rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. I was just there for a night before I went on a cruise.
