I have had a hard time getting a decent haircut in the area. Tried several places before here and they have not worked out. The cut i got here was great. Admittedly the upper end of what i find reasonable ($60 for a men's cut). The lady who cut my hair used scissors for almost the whole cut though. The blending is particularly great between the sides and top.

I’ve been getting my haircut here for a little over 6 months now. Rich is amazing at what he does and puts his clients first. Never had an issue with getting an appointment even on short notice. My hair is pretty difficult to work with and Rich has been trying different styles and methods to help get it under control and I have to say I’m the most satisfied I have ever been with my haircuts. The pricing is reasonable and everyone at the Salon is friendly as well. The Salon itself is well maintained and clean and the equipment and products Rich uses is top-tier, never had any issues or reactions to anything he uses. 10/10 would recommend Studio Z and Rich for your next haircut.

Studio Z Salon, It’s a Family owned business and it’s been around a very long time. I been getting my haircuts here since about 1998! Rich was my good friend and classmate. His mother Leslie use to cut my hair! Now my good friend Rich does, her son! It’s amazing how time flies by. But I’m a lifelong customer and Rich is handsome the best in the business ! Especially for my beard! Check him out. You will thank me later!

I have been going to Studio Z for a few months now. Rich is a great barber, very experienced and he takes care of all my requests.
He has great attention to detail , and ensures a great hair cut. His beard styling skills are also awesome and he ensures that the the look perfectly matches with my har and my face shape.
The others in the Salon are also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this Salon. It is one of the best in hoboken.

I've been on the hunt for a new barbershop for a while, but my search is definitely over after giving Studio Z a try. Rich is an absolute professional - he genuinely cares about what he's doing, and the end result has been fantastic each time I've been. The place is super clean and comfortable too.

I have never had anything but great experiences at Z Salon, specifically with my stylist, Rob. I am picky with my hair but Rob's careful attention to detail always makes me feel completely comfortable. Rob is not only a top-notch barber, but a cool guy and easy to talk to. Studio Z is more than a salon, it’s a Hoboken gem where you are welcomed like family. I always look forward to my hair appointments with Rich. Not only is he knowledgeable in his field, he is a genuine person who cares about his clientele both in and out of the salon chair. Whenever I go to the salon I can’t help but notice his meticulous attention to detail and how he truly wants to make everyone feel their best! It’s a refreshing feeling knowing I can trust Rich to produce the best cut and style consistently. I recommend Studio Z, and especially Rich to anyone and everyone.

I moved to Hoboken back in March from NYC and luckily found this place and my new stylist Rich. He’s one of the nicest guys and always gives me amazing haircuts! He’s very flexible and will fit my in or stay late depending on my hectic schedule which is really cool. And I’ve never gotten more compliments on my hair since I’ve started having Rich cut it. Would definitely recommend him!!
